9. Fashion on Social Media - #mycalvins

That's right, you've seen nearly every Instagrammer/hipster millenial rave about it with the above infamous hashtag. It's just all about the same - a casual looking (but we know its all rehearsed) pose in bed with the I-woke-up-like-this facial expression and donning just a pair of ultra comfy Calvin Klein underwear. 

For awhile now, the #mycalvins campaign has taken over Instagram and is admirably successful. Up till now there has been over 350,000 posts on Instagram of lean and good-looking young men and women uploading selfies of them in the all famous underwear proudly bearing the name, "Calvin Klein."



Without a doubt, the use of celebrities Justin Bieber and Kendall Jenner (just to name these two) as the new faces of Calvin Klein are what captures the audience's attention, creating a desire for the garments. Most images on Instagram are intimate as influencers proudly boast the Calvin Klein logo waistband. The #MyCalvins campaign led to significant growth on the designer's social media platforms which in turn leads to more sales.

Overall, while I know this campaign has been around since 2014, I still think it it amazing that till this day, the impact of the campaign is still strong and submissions on Instagram with the hashtag still occur nearly every day.
