One garment that I've been seeing on the streets and obsessing over are the bomber jackets. It's the quintessential throwback fashion item from the 80's, although originally created for pilots. Now, it's a trending item amongst popular street wear.
I personally think bomber jackets are a great jacket to throw over pretty much anything - from basic tees to dresses and heels to sneakers. In other words, it's pretty versatile. The classic bomber jacket can also come in different fabrics (leather, jersey, satin), shapes, and design details. In this case, I chose to focus on this chambray bomber jacket in this interesting denim-on-denim look.

This lightweight Urban Outfitter bomber jacket my friend is wearing may not be suitable for all this cold, subzero degree weather we're having but this particular bomber jacket is light enough to be layered with it's relaxed fit. Find this exact jacket here
One of the most interesting things about this outerwear is the textures and prints designers are putting on these bomber jackets as we've seen recently on the runway. I hope to own a few more of these for this spring.
Thank you for reading and I hope you all have a great week!
I am a new found lover of bomber jackets, preferably silk. I never paid attention to the jean bomber jacket but you've opened my eyes to that! I absolutely love it.
