Gypsy Galore + Up the Highline

A sunny weekend approaches us. I more or less will be stuck inside doing papers and studying for midterms >_< 

Anyways, you know when spring is seriously here when you start sneezing uncontrollably and your nose is dry, red, and irritated like no other (seriously, even in NYC?!?)

Last weekend was pretty eventful - the roomie and I headed to the Highline last Sunday and the incredible weather instantly injected some pep into me. Trust me, that is something you need when you're stuck in your room all day hunched over a computer, your retinas burning.

The above photo was not take professionally (uh DUH) but I wanted to show off my head chain, an impulse buy at Forever21 for the block party Saturday. It's Coachella themed haha. I like it so far, it makes me feel cool so thumbs up for that. I honestly don't see myself wearing this head chain often though, because it feels weird to have on, plus that long, dangly chain in the front kinda bothers me since it lays on the bridge of my nose.

It's a cute statement piece, I'll give it that. Most likely, it'll just be donated to my box of "props" for photos. Ignore my messy desk!

Outdoor lighting is probably the BEST lighting. It can be a bit harsh but it does wonders to your skin, hair, and eyes. I'm so excited to shoot more outside since the weather is looking amazing.

Almost too cute to drink! But no really, the latte plus the earl grey cream puff I had cost about $8 - hell yes I'm going to drink it.
